Well written. Working on a single project from scratch (data creation) to final step model prediction on test dataset teaches us a lot more than just completing an online course. I think data scientists should have a diverse set of skills, right from data handling to create your own model; and no beginner should begin with this false belief that these skills can be acquired in few hours or months.
